Abstract
报告发疹性黄瘤1例.患者男,33岁,因背部及四肢间断出现皮疹半年,再发2月就诊.皮肤专科检查:背部密集分布粟粒大小棕黄色丘疹,四肢伸侧散在丘疹.皮损组织病理检查见大量黄瘤细胞.免疫组化提示CD68(+),vim(+),S-100(-),AE 1/3(-).诊断为发疹性黄瘤.建议调脂治疗.患者通过改善生活方式后皮疹消退.
