Abstract
报告1例幼年黄色肉芽肿.患者男,8个月,前额部、头部增生性黄红色结节4月余,逐渐增大,无明显自觉症状.皮肤科检查:前额部、头部数枚类圆形黄红色结节,质韧,表面光滑.皮损组织病理示:真皮中组织细胞、淋巴细胞浸润,并见Touton巨细胞;免疫组化示:CD1a(-),S100(-),CD68(+).诊断为幼年黄色肉芽肿,暂予临床观察并密切随访.
