婴儿湿疹的食物不耐受检测

Abstract
目的:探讨婴儿湿疹与食物特异性IgG的相关性.方法:选择148例婴儿湿疹患者,通过ELISA方法检测其血清中14种食物特异性IgG,并与145名健康婴幼儿作对照.结果:患湿疹的婴儿中单项食物特异性:IgG阳性率47.97%,2项阳性率21.95%,3 项阳性率8.780k,,4项阳性率2.7%,总阳性率81.08%,均显著高于对照组(P<0.001).其中以鸡蛋(49.32%)、虾(23.65%)、牛奶(16.89%)、螃蟹(14.19%)的阳性率较高.结论:婴儿湿疹与食物特异性IgG具有相关性.
