Abstract

放射记忆性皮炎(radiation recall dermatitis,RRD)是一种发生在放射治疗后的数天至数年,严格局限于原放射治疗区域的急性皮肤炎症.常由某些药物或物理因素所激发.其准确的发病机制尚不十分清楚,临床表现轻重不等,治疗方案需根据患者的情况而定.该文根据目前国内外文献报道,对放射性记忆性皮炎作一简要综述.
