Abstract
报告1例色素性荨麻疹.患者男,43岁.躯干及四肢色素沉着斑伴瘙痒5年.躯干及四肢广泛分布大量色素性斑片、少量红斑及抓痕.皮损组织病理检查:真皮浅层较多肥大细胞浸润,吉姆萨染色阳性.诊断:成人色素性荨麻疹.采用长波紫外线1(UVA1)照射治疗后有效.
