Abstract
报告1例Meyerson痣.患者男,71岁.右胁部皮损2年,发生红晕偶伴瘙痒2个月.皮损组织病理学检查示:真皮乳头及网状层较多上皮样细胞散在或成巢排列伴黑素沉积,免疫组织化学染色证实为黑素细胞来源,细胞无明显异形.痣细胞周围致密以淋巴细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润.表皮增生呈现鳞状涡样结构.诊断:Meyerson痣.
