Abstract
报告1例Kounis综合征.患者男,45岁.因上呼吸道感染予美洛西林静脉滴注治疗20 min后,出现胸骨中下段剧烈疼痛及呼吸困难,伴有全身大量出冷汗、恶心及呕吐.给予补液、抗过敏及缓解冠状动脉痉挛对症治疗后,症状好转.结合病史、临床特点、冠脉造影结果及治疗与转归,诊断为Kounis综合征.
