Abstract
报告1例女性多发性下疳样脓皮病.患者女,43岁.外阴多发性溃疡伴疼痛5d.皮肤科检查:外阴多个黄豆大浅表溃疡,质地中等,表面覆淡黄色脓性分泌物,触痛明显.实验室及辅助检查:甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)梅毒血清学及HIV阴性,分泌物单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)抗原检测阴性,细菌培养示金黄色葡萄球菌.诊断:下疳样脓皮病.经抗生素治疗10d后痊愈,随访3个月无复发.
