Abstract
白癜风是一种常见的色素脱失性疾病,易诊而难治.中医古籍中对白癜风的病因病机早有论述,近年来现代医家论治白癜风也各有心得,临床虽都以调和气血阴阳为大法,但具体的辨证方法各有其特点,可责之于内,从肝脾肾等脏腑进行辨证论治;也可从外感六淫之邪气论治;亦可从气血论治;近年来兴起从络论治进行白癜风的辨证诊疗,笔者现将这些经验加以分析,以期对临床诊治白癜风提供一定的借鉴作用.
