Abstract
慢性荨麻疹(CU)的发病机制较为复杂,目前研究尚未证实其确切的发病机制.目前对于CU发病机制的研究主要集中在自身免疫机制,其中Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡、补体活化、嗜碱性粒细胞与肥大细胞的异常分布、自身免疫性疾病及相关免疫细胞因子等方面研究较为广泛.本文就CU自身免疫学发病机制研究作一综述.
