中医火针联合沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹78例临床观察

Abstract
目的 观察中医火针联合沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效.方法 78例结节性痒疹患者随机分为2组,其中火针组40例,口服沙利度胺50 mg/次,2次/d,同时加用中医火针治疗,2次/周,治疗4周.对照组38例,口服沙利度胺50 mg/次,2次/d,同时外用卤米松三氯生乳膏,2次/d,治疗4周.结果 治疗4周后,火针组总有效率为86.84％,对照组总有效率为72.97％,2组总有效率间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),均无明显不良反应.结论 中医火针联合沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹临床疗效显著.
