Abstract
目的测定寻常性银屑病患者血清牛磺酸水平并分析相关性.方法高压液相方法检测血清牛磺酸水平并与疾病严重程度积分(PASI)进行相关性分析.结果银屑病患者血清牛磺酸水平下降(与健康对照比较,P＜0.01),并且牛磺酸水平与疾病严重程度呈负相关(R=-0.699,P＜0.01).结论血清牛磺酸水平可能与寻常性银屑病发病有关.
