Abstract
目前抗病毒治疗(ART)阻断艾滋病病毒(HIV)家庭内传播的研究有系统综述和Meta分析、随机对照实验、队列研究及病例对照研究等多种方法.多项研究证明,ART具有阻断HIV家庭内传播的效果,并且该效果受到感染者性别、ART的治疗时机、HIV病毒载量、ART的治疗持续时间、更换治疗方案、配偶间性行为情况等因素的影响.因此HIV家庭内预防工作应采取综合防治措施.
