Abstract
患者,男,54岁.右侧臀部暗红色斑块6年,曾多次按"股癣、湿疹"等治疗效果不佳.真菌涂片呈阴性,PPD试验强阳性(+++),皮损取活检组织病理为感染性肉芽肿性改变.结合临床及病理诊断为臀部皮肤结核,给予异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇抗结核治疗后,皮损好转.
