Abstract
临床资料 患者,男,38岁. 因"皮肤瘀斑伴发热"就诊于当地医院, WBC 85. 84 × 109/L, PLT 49 × 109/L,为明确诊断转入河北工程大学附属医院. 患者既往体健,无药物过敏史,无特殊药物使用史. 父母非近亲结婚,否认家族中有类似病史. 入院体检:T 38.0℃,P 119次/分,R 19次/分,BP 139/75 mmHg;神志清楚,精神差,贫血貌,全身皮肤可见散在瘀斑,左腿内侧可见大面积血肿,右腿内侧片状瘀斑,舌面可见血疱,牙龈少量出血,胸骨无压痛,双肺可闻及湿啰音.
