Mas相关G蛋白偶联受体家族(Mas-related G protein-coupled receptors,Mrgprs)是一类新型G蛋白偶联受体家族(G protein-coupled receptors,GPCR),特异性分布于外周感觉神经元和肥大细胞,在瘙痒、疼痛等躯体感觉中具有重要的生理意义,可能成为抗瘙痒药物开发的新靶点.本文综述了Mrgprs的分类、分布、在皮肤源性瘙痒发生机制中的作用、细胞内信号传导通路及其临床应用价值等方面的研究进展.
