Abstract
目的:检测UVB辐射后成纤维细胞中IFI16的表达水平.方法:用亚毒性UVB诱导成纤维细胞老化,并用real-time PCR和western blot方法检测IFI16 mRNA和蛋白质表达水平的变化.结果:UVB照射后诱导的老化成纤维细胞中IFI16 mRNA和蛋白质分别为空白对照组的2.11±0.45倍和1.59±0.23倍.结论:UVB诱导的成纤维细胞中IFI16表达水平升高,IFI16可能参与细胞光老化的进程.
