Abstract
毛囊瘤是一种毛囊的良性肿瘤,是临床上的一种少见皮肤病,现将我科近半年诊断的3例报道如下.
临床资料 例1女,39岁.因反复骶尾部结节脓肿6年,复发加重1月就诊.查体:系统检查无明显异常.皮肤科检查:右侧骶尾部可见一鸡蛋大淡褐色斑,颜色不均匀,中间有一约乒乓球大形态不规则的皮下结节,中央见一条约2 cm线状萎缩性瘢痕,质地中等,无明显压痛,指下无波动感,结节周围散在鱼籽状丘疹.
