Abstract
目的 观察反射式共聚焦显微镜对不典型银屑病的诊断意义.方法 将3例皮损不典型、可疑银屑病的皮损进行反射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(reflectance confocal microscopy,RCM)扫描,同时行组织病理检查.结果 3例患者的RCM图像均具有Munro微脓肿及银屑病样增生模式,与组织病理改变相互对应,符合寻常性银屑病的改变.结论 反射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜对不典型银屑病的诊断具有辅助诊断意义,给疾病的诊断与鉴别提供新的方法和思路.
