Abstract
临床资料 患者,男,40岁,主因双下肢红色丘疹3个月,泛发全身7d,于2011年4月15日就诊.3个月前无明显诱因患者小腿伸侧对称性出现3～5个绿豆大小紫红色丘疹伴瘙痒,夜间较重.近1周来皮损明显增多,并迅速扩展至颈部、躯干、上肢及口腔黏膜,曾在当地医院按"泛发型湿疹"给予盐酸西替利嗪片口服、曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外用等治疗,下肢皮损仍觉剧烈瘙痒,搔抓后增多、增大,部分融合成片.
