Abstract
患者男,18岁,左侧背部皮色丘疹、斑块4年.皮肤科情况:左侧背部可见数个绿豆至蚕豆大小皮色丘疹、斑块,部分融合,界限清楚,表面光滑,呈单侧片状分布,质地较软,无明显浸润感,无压痛.皮损组织病理示:表皮疣状增生,真皮乳头见大量黏液样物质沉积,并见少量增生毛细血管.阿新蓝染色示真皮上部黏蛋白沉积.诊断:黏蛋白痣.
