Abstract
患者男,52岁.右前臂起红色丘疹1年.曾被误诊为“扁平苔藓”,治疗效果欠佳.皮损组织病理示:表皮增生,灶状表皮坏死,真皮浅深层血管周围可见不等量淋巴细胞、浆细胞、组织样细胞、嗜中性粒细胞浸润,伴血管增生及较多的血管外红细胞;PAS染色(-),Giemsa染色(-);真菌培养:孢子丝菌.诊断:淋巴管型孢子丝菌病.
