Abstract
患者男,82岁,全身红斑伴瘙痒半个月.入院后行病理等检查,曾误诊为环状红斑和多形红斑等.经常规治疗后,效果不佳,且红斑基础上逐渐出现绿豆到黄豆大小水疱,呈环状排列,疱壁紧张,尼氏征阴性.遂再次行病理检查,同时完善血清特异性抗体及免疫荧光检查.最后确诊为成人型线状IgA大疱性皮肤病,予激素治疗后病情得到有效控制.
