Abstract
目的 了解斑秃患者外周血中Th17和Treg细胞平衡状况,明确斑秃患者Th17和Treg细胞平衡状况是否受伴随的自身免疫性疾病影响.方法 流式细胞术检测斑秃组患者和正常对照组外周血中Th17和Treg细胞在CD4+T淋巴细胞中的比率.结果 与正常对照组相比,斑秃组患者外周血Th17细胞比例明显升高,且在重型及伴有自身免疫性疾病斑秃组患者中最高,Treg细胞比例明显降低,在重型及伴有自身免疫性疾病斑秃组患者中最低.斑秃组患者外周血Th17/Treg细胞比值较正常对照组明显升高.结论 斑秃患者外周血Th17/Treg细胞免疫失衡,且以重型及伴有自身免疫性疾病的斑秃患者更为显著.自身免疫性疾病可能加剧斑秃患者Th17/Treg细胞免疫失衡,从而导致斑秃进展.
