Abstract
目的 通过检测梅毒血清固定患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中Toll样受体4 mRNA(TLR4 mRNA)的表达水平,探讨其与梅毒血清固定的关系.方法 选取梅毒血清固定患者40例为观察组,采用实时定量荧光(Real-time PCR)方法检测外周血TLR4 mRNA的表达水平,设40例健康者作为对照1,设经正规驱梅治疗后快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)转阴者作为对照组2.结果 梅毒血清固定组外周血中TLR4mRNA的表达水平明显低于健康对照组及RPR转阴组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 梅毒血清固定患者外周血Toll样受体4 mRNA的表达水平明显低于健康人群及经正规驱梅治疗后RPR转阴者,表明Toll样受体4 mRNA的表达异常可能与梅毒血清固定的发生有一定联系.
