Abstract
患者女,28岁.因头皮皮下结节5年,反复流脓2周于2011年4月25日至我科就诊.患者于2006年4月起无明显诱因右侧头皮出现角化丘疹,无自觉症状.皮疹缓慢增大至直径约为2 cm的皮下结节,质硬.近2周无明显诱因皮损破溃,排出脓样分泌物.发病以来患者无外伤史.家族成员中无类似疾病患者.
