Abstract
耳鸣是临床常见疾病,严重者可影响患者的生活质量,作为一种主观感受,目前缺乏适宜的客观指标进行评价,也给制造耳鸣动物模型带来极大困难.目前国内研究多以水杨酸类药物进行耳鸣诱导,依赖条件反射的建立来验证造模的效果,进而探讨耳鸣的机制与干预,此类方法虽然得到了广泛的应用,但其中一些问题值得进一步探讨和研究.
