Abstract
目的:联合细胞膜片和自组装多肽技术构建一种新型BMSCs膜片-RADA16组织工程复合体.方法:利用BMSCs膜片包裹自组装多肽RADA16支架材料构建BMSCs膜片-RADA16组织工程复合体.用扫描电镜和激光共聚焦显微镜观察复合体形貌及细胞形态、CCK-8测定细胞增殖情况、RT-PCR技术检测自组装多肽支架对细胞成骨分化相关基因表达的影响.结果:与BMSCs膜片相比, 复合体的BMSCs在第3~8天细胞迅速增长, 数量超过BMSCs膜片组 (P<0. 05) ; RT-PCR结果显示, 复合体的成骨相关基因表达水平高于BMSCs膜片组 (P<0. 05) .结论:BMSCs膜片-RADA16组织工程复合体能够促进BMSCs的增殖和成骨分化.
