舌下神经副神经节瘤一例

Abstract
患者女,44岁,因发现左颈侧上部无痛性肿块3个月于2012年8月入院.体格检查:左侧舌骨平面至下颌骨深面质地中等硬度肿块,约3 cm×3 cm,活动度差,但与周围组织间隙尚清楚.追问患者无类似疾病家族史.颅神经及交感神经无明显阳性体征.颈部增强CT显示左颈上部明显增强的肿块,位于颈内外动脉间,推移颈内动脉向前内,颈外动脉向后外侧.核磁共振血管成像(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)提示肿瘤推移颈内外动脉的部位位于颈总动脉分叉上方(图1).
