Abstract
实性肿瘤的生长属血管依赖性,而血管生长由一些促血管生成因子诱导.血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factors,VEGF)、血小板源生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor,PDGF)是重要的血管生成因子,微血管密度(microvessel density, MVD)是衡量血管生长的定量指标,3者有一定的协同性[1,2].采用免疫组化标记链霉素生物素-生物素法(lbelled-streptavidin-biotin, LASB) 法检测下咽癌中VEGF,PDGF及MVD的表达情况,探讨与肿瘤的TNM分期、组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移及预后间的关系及应用价值.
