Abstract
翳状胬肉是常见的眼科疾病,常规手术方法虽简单,但复发率较高.我院采用带角膜缘干细胞的自体结膜移植手术,为病变区角膜提供正常角膜缘干细胞,能有效阻止异常组织和浅层新生血管侵入角膜,从而防止了翳状胬肉的复发,取得了较好的疗效.现报告如下.
