原发性三叉神经痛是一种常见的面部疼痛性疾病,严重影响患者生活质量,其病因和发病机制尚未完全清楚.目前临床中对其治疗方法多种多样,其中局部药物注射疗法是常用的方法,该法操作简单、相对微创,其使用的药物种类繁多.本文就近年来局部药物注射疗法治疗三叉神经痛的相关临床和基础研究作一综述.
