Abstract
增生性外毛根鞘瘤(proliferating trichilemmal tumor,PTT)是一种罕见的、具有向毛囊峡部外根鞘上皮分化特点的皮肤附属器肿瘤[1],与外毛根鞘囊肿关系较密切.目前病因尚不清楚,可能与感染、外伤、紫外线等危险因素相关.PTT是一种良性肿瘤,极少发生恶变,恶变后称为恶性增生性外毛根鞘瘤(malignant proliferating trichilemmal tumor,MPTT).PTT本身较少见,发生于外耳道并且恶变的PTT更加罕见.
