细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule,ICAM1)在肿瘤侵袭转移过程中起重要作用,可溶性ICAM-1(soluble ICAM-1,sICAM-1)是细胞膜型ICAM-1经水解脱落而成,其抗原性与ICAM-1相同.本研究通过测定喉癌患者血清中sICAM-1,探讨sICAM-1在喉癌侵袭转移中的生物学作用及临床意义.
