Abstract
ND:YAG激光治疗常年性变应性鼻炎106例,其中男49例,女57例,18～60岁,病程1～10年.主要症状有鼻痒、鼻塞,频繁发作性喷嚏及流清涕,多数在晨起时发作.鼻腔检查见鼻腔黏膜呈灰蓝色或苍白色,鼻甲肿胀,下鼻甲有浆液性分泌物.多数患者局部用过黏膜收缩剂及服用抗组胺类药物.
