Abstract
目的 评价EX-PRESS房水引流物植入抗青光眼术后五方位角膜内皮的影响.方法 2014年3月至2015年3月邯郸市眼科医院行EX-PRESS房水引流物植入的原发性开角型青光眼患者31例(34只眼).对患者分别于术前及术后1、3、6、12个月进行中央、鼻侧、颞侧、上方及下方共五方位角膜内皮细胞密度测量.结果 EX-PRESS房水引流物植入抗青光眼术后五方位角膜内皮细胞与术前比均无损伤(P均>0.05).结论 EX-PRESS房水引流物植入抗青光眼术后对五方位角膜内皮无影响.
