Abstract
内在光敏性视网膜神经节细胞（ipRGC）是一种不同于视锥和视杆细胞的第3类感光细胞，其主要功能是参与调节生物体昼夜节律、瞳孔对光反应等非图片视觉活动。近期研究揭示ipRGC还与视网膜内多种突触存在相互作用，参与图片视觉，而且与多种临床疾病相关。本文针对ipRGC形态和功能特点、临床应用等方面的研究进展进行总结和分析，以期为临床工作提供参考。 （中华眼科杂志，2020，56：308-312）
