Abstract
水凝胶是一种含有多种亲水基团, 能在水中溶胀形成三维网络结构的高分子聚合物.能构建类似体内正常的细胞外微环境, 为干细胞的粘附、增殖、分化和迁移提供良好的细胞外基质.然而水凝胶中干细胞的行为受到很多因素的影响, 过去的研究主要集中在生物化学信号对干细胞分化的作用, 近几年越来越多的研究者开始关注水凝胶材料本身的理化特性对干细胞行为的影响.因此本文主要就水凝胶的理化特性对干细胞行为的影响进行阐述.
