Abstract
牙周膜干细胞(periodontal ligament stem cells,PDLSCs)是一种间充质干细胞,是牙周组织改建和修复的种子细胞.正常条件下,PDLSCs成骨分化功能稳定,维持骨组织成骨和破骨的动态平衡.然而炎症环境的刺激导致PDLSCs分化能力受损,造成牙周组织丧失且无法自行恢复.恢复PDLSCs的再生能力是牙周再生的一个重要途径.长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)可以从多种途径参与炎症反应调控,并且与PDLSCs的成骨分化相关,逐渐成为研究的热点.本文就LncRNA调控PDLSCs成骨分化的机制进行综述.
