Abstract
该文通过报道1例原发多灶性腮腺多形性腺瘤患者的临床资料,并进行文献复习.此例原发多灶性腮腺多形性腺瘤发现及时,在右侧腮腺中发现两个独立存在的多形性腺瘤,病理诊断明确,手术彻底,愈后良好.原发多灶性腮腺多形性腺瘤罕见,术前影像学检查、术中详细触诊和手术方式的选择具有重要意义.
