Abstract
目的 探讨上颌第二前磨牙多根多根管的发现及根管治疗方法,以期为根管治疗提供参考.方法 对1例上颌第二前磨牙咬合不适伴冷热刺激痛及自发性痛的患者的病例资料和相关文献进行回顾分析.结果 本病例通过CBCT明确了患牙的牙根及根管数目为3根4根管,在口腔手术显微镜的辅助下使用机用镍钛器械和热塑牙胶进行了完善的根管治疗,术后患者临床症状消失.结论 上颌第二前磨牙根管系统复杂,借助CBCT和口腔手术显微镜可发现和定位根管,并完成高质量的根管治疗.
