Abstract
目的:探讨年轻恒牙炎症牙髓活髓保存法效果.方法:选择我院口腔门诊因年轻恒牙因龋病、外伤露髓可复性或部分不可复性牙髓炎患者52颗患牙,局麻下行局部切髓或冠、根髓切除术,以保存部分活髓组织.结果:经2年随访观察,患牙治疗成功40颗(76.9%),失败12颗(23.1%).结论:年轻恒牙炎症牙髓(即使部分不可逆性牙髓炎)采用切髓术可保存部分活髓.
