大鼠颅骨临界骨缺损Bio-Oss与Bio-Gide干预下新骨与血管形成的研究

Abstract
目的:比较大鼠临界颅骨缺损自然愈合及Bio-Oss、Bio-Gide干预情况下新骨与血管形成时序性及空间分布上相互关系.方法:采用Micro-CT及组织学评估新骨形成情况,Microfil血管造影术评估新生血管形成情况,并探索新骨形成与新生血管形成之间的相互关系.结果:自然愈合、添加骨粉Bio-Oss、覆盖骨膜Bio-Gide三组新骨与血管形成总量均随时间增长而增多(P<0.05),在新骨与血管分布方面自然愈合组中均为从缺损周围向缺损中心长入;Bio-Oss组为形成于缺损周围以及骨粉周围;覆盖骨膜Bio-Gide组为缺损全区域较广泛形成.结论:骨缺损修复过程中新骨形成与新生血管形成在功能上密切相关,Bio-Oss及Bio-Gide干预情况下新骨形成增多与新生血管数量增多及分布不同有关.
