口臭患者的心理状况研究

Abstract
目的:通过评估口臭患者和非口臭患者的心理状况探究口臭患者的心理状况.方法:选择口臭患者和健康人群各91例,以问卷调查和口臭值检查的方式对两组人群进行检查并收集资料.问卷调查采用贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)及社交回避与苦恼量表;口臭检查使用便携式气相色谱仪和感官分析法.采用SPSS 22统计软件对获得的数据资料进行统计学分析.结果:病例组的焦虑、抑郁、社会回避与苦恼总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:口臭患者的心理状况明显较非口臭人群差,主要表现在焦虑、抑郁、社交回避与苦恼方面.
