Abstract
目的 探讨难治性妊娠期鼻出血的治疗方法 .方法 我科采用鼻内镜下电凝止血治疗难治性妊娠期鼻出血11例,观察其效果结果 11例鼻出血患者中,有10例在鼻内镜下找到明确出血点,电凝后未发生再次出血.结论 表面麻醉下鼻内镜探查加电凝止血是治疗难治性妊娠期鼻出血的有效手段,但要注意术前评估以及医疗安全.
