Abstract
下颌第二磨牙根管系统复杂多样,C形根管的发生率可高达42％ [1] ,临床治疗难度较大. 下颌第二磨牙根尖孔移位的报道较为罕见. 我院牙体牙髓科接诊1例右下颌第二磨牙为C形根管的患者,根管治疗后CBCT显示47 根尖区偏颊侧根充物略超填,提示根尖孔移位. 现报道如下.
