听力语言康复教师职业倦怠现状分析

Abstract
目的:了解听力语言康复教师职业倦怠程度,分析其影响因素。方法采用“幼儿教师职业倦怠问卷”对210名听力语言康复教师进行调查。应用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行t检验、方差分析。结果听力语言康复教师存在职业倦怠,职业倦怠水平在婚姻、教龄、年龄、学历、职称等变量上存在极其显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论听力语言康复机构应采取相应措施降低听力语言康复教师职业倦怠。
