Abstract
回顾邯郸市眼科医院2016-2018年3月64例外伤性下泪小管断裂术中逆行植入新型RS硅胶管的效果.术后2～3个月拔管,平均随访(8.5±2.5)个月.最后随访时62例有效(96.87％),泪小点位置异常2例,泪小点撕裂1例.认为新型RS硅胶管逆行植入法具有保护泪小点、操作简便、术后刺激轻、置管状态安全等优点.
