Abstract
晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)是人体内的还原酶与蛋白质或脂质发生不可逆反应所形成的,在糖尿病(diabetic mellitus,DM)慢性并发症的发病机制中起重要作用.炎症性骨破坏是糖尿病的常见并发症,但AGEs与糖尿病骨破坏之间的作用机制尚不明确.本文就AGEs与糖尿病炎症性骨破坏的发生发展和对破骨细胞、成骨细胞的影响作一综述.
