耳聋是最常见的感觉障碍之一,近年来,新生儿耳聋基因筛查作为新生儿听力筛查的补充应运而生.自2012年北京市开展新生儿耳聋基因筛查工作以来,筛查未通过者不断增多,这不仅给家长带来了困惑,也给临床医师带来了巨大挑战.我们对新生儿耳聋基因筛查未通过者的遗传咨询进行了初步探索,摸索出一套实用的方案,以供借鉴.
